These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Cadence application (the “App”) and the purchase of products and services through the App. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Antoine PIZON EI (“Proprietor”). Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
Access to or use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
3.2 Users under 13 may only use the App with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use the App, the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for compliance with these Terms.
4. Conditions of Use
4.1 The App is provided for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4.2 Users are prohibited from:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the App;
- Engaging in any activity intended to manipulate progress or metrics within the App;
- Sharing accounts or credentials with third parties;
- Reproducing, distributing, or reselling any content or materials provided within the App without explicit authorization.
4.3 The Proprietor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App in case of violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available within the App, including but not limited to lessons, exercises, audio-visual materials, text, graphics, and software, constitutes intellectual property of Antoine PIZON EI and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
6.1 All purchases are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. The Proprietor does not store or process payment card information.
6.2 Types of purchases include:
- Subscriptions: Auto-renewing subscriptions subject to a 7-day free trial, cancellable at any time via the respective store.
- Lifetime purchases: One-time payment granting permanent access to specified content.
6.3 Refunds are governed exclusively by the policies of Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. The Proprietor is not responsible for processing refunds directly.
6.4 Subscription trial periods commence upon confirmation of subscription. Cancellation prior to the end of the trial period prevents charges.
7. Account Management
Users may manage, modify, or delete their accounts directly via the App. Account deletion results in the permanent removal of all associated data.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Proprietor makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or specific results.
The Proprietor’s total liability arising from or related to the App, including purchases, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user. The Proprietor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the use of the App or the purchase of products shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, subject to applicable provisions of the Apple or Google agreements for in-app purchases.
10. Third-Party Terms
Users acknowledge and agree that the use of the App may involve third-party services, including Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, and that their respective terms and conditions apply to the processing of payments and other related services.
11. Modifications
The Proprietor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available from this website and will indicate the date it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we may inform you through the App or by other appropriate means.
